ഇടുക്കി. കേരളത്തിനുവേണ്ടി മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാർ കേസ് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയിൽ വാദിച്ച പത്ത് അഭിഭാഷകർക്ക് നാലുവർഷംകൊണ്ട് നൽകിയത് 5.42 കോടി രൂപ. 2020 ജനുവരി ഒന്നു മുതൽ 2024 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെയാണ് ഈ തുക നൽകിയത്. മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാർ കേസിൽ ഉന്നതാധികാരസമിതിക്ക് ഈ കാലയളവിൽ നൽകിയത് 59.16 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ്. സുപ്രീംകോടതിയിലെ വക്കീലന്മാർക്ക് കോടികൾ നൽകിയിട്ടും കേസ് കേരളത്തിന് അനുകൂലമാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന ആക്ഷേപവും നിലവിലുണ്ട്
മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാർ തർക്കവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കേരളത്തിനുവേണ്ടി സുപ്രീംകോടതിയിൽ വാദം പറഞ്ഞ അഭിഭാഷകർക്കാണ് കഴിഞ്ഞ നാല് വർഷം കൊണ്ട് 5.42 കോടി രൂപ നൽകിയത്. 10 വക്കീലന്മാർക്കാണ് ഈ തുക കൈമാറിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിൽ നാലു വക്കീലന്മാർ ഒരു കോടി രൂപയിൽ അധികമാണ് കൈപ്പറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനുപുറമേ ഉന്നതാധികാരസമിതിയിൽ ഉള്ള അംഗങ്ങൾക്കായി 59.16 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് ചെലവഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ഇവർക്ക് ഓണറേറിയം നൽകാനായി 16 .65 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും ചെലവഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്
വിവരാവകാശ നിയമപ്രകാരം ഡാംസ് ജോയിൻ ഡയറക്ടർ നൽകിയ മറുപടിയിലാണ് മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാറിനു വേണ്ടി കേരളം ചിലവഴിച്ച തുകയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമായിട്ടുള്ളത്. സിറ്റിങ്ങിന് ലക്ഷങ്ങളും കോടികളും വാങ്ങുന്ന വക്കീലന്മാരെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നിട്ടും മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാർ കേസിൽ കേരളത്തിന് അനുകൂലമായ സുപ്രധാന വിധികൾ ഒന്നും സമ്പാദിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് ആക്ഷേപവും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
The central government have to decide the matter of Mullaperiyar. They are the only responsible authority to decide it before getting blame

It seems Mullapperiyar issue is not a matter to be decided merely on legal grounds.It is a very very serious matter concernig the life of many lakhs of people in several districts of Kerala.Spending crores of rupees for advocates has not succeeded in solving this very grave issue.It is better to leave the matter to technical experts and dam specialists in the country and abroad at the instance of the Central Govt.to solve the issue without further loss of time.
. What is the use of spending crores of Rs. On Advocates . It is filling only their pockets. No use. Govts should not dilly dally on this issue. Concrete steps should be taken immediately. There is hardly any time left. A stitch in time saves nine.
Power of of political will is most important.TG Mohandas and Vadayar Sunil says dam won’t fail at all .How could anybody say that? Whatever be the quality of cement concrete,the max life of a dam is just 50 year according to dam engg experts.Dont make another dam, Just flow the water through down water canals and tunnels to Tamilnadu.No expenses for Kerala and Tamilnadu.Minimum spending.Let both the states and our dear Hindustan prosper in all aspects.
Mullaperiyaar dam lease agreement is a fabricated one and not original because no human beings who have brain and slight capacity to think will not make the period of lease as 999 years. It can be only 99 years not more than that .
As the experts and social media mongers as well as boneless political hijadas says the life of
the DAM is only 50 years then why the hell they
have made an agreement for 999 years. That
means it might have been amended by the tamilian politicians or bureaucrats as they are famous for making mocry things and fabricated things . So it is better to construct a new DAM IN the Territory of Kerala and take the control of operation and maintenance being it’s owners. Water to be given to Tamil Nadu for thamilians as they are also human beings. But it should be priced . After commissioning the new DAM present dam can be dismantled by transferring the water to Tamil Nadu and new DAM
